My Story – Innovate. Integrate. #IgniteYourLife

Michelle Post
Consultant, Coach, Speaker, Retreats

That small, still voice inside has nagged me my whole life… Michelle… there is MORE… you have a purpose… you have work to do here. And that voice has motivated me to grow, learn, change, stretch, feel the fear and take action anyway. It caused me to seek my best possible self. And it has lead me here… today… and now connected me to you. Thank you for visiting!

Brief background: I’ve been a consultant, teacher, and event/retreat planner since 2000 when I graduated with my Master’s degree. But it wasn’t until GRIEF, LOSS, CHANGE and TRAUMA leveled me to my knees that I had to take myself around the country and the world to find further healing. Recently, I’ve innovated and integrated basic “desert-island”, effective techniques and tools into my practice to help you #IgniteYourLife.

I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, stress, burnout or compassion fatigue. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you. Get in touch to learn more.
